Terms
of Agreement
PURPOSE
OF AGREEMENT
This
agreement governs all interactions related to participation
in the MentorConnect™ program.
LIMITED
LIABILITY
The
provision of the MentorConnect™ program is offered
as a service to Professional Organizers. The content
is intended to give potential Professional Organizers
a base knowledge for starting and running a professional
organizing business. Kreamer Connect does not guarantee
participants' success in their business ventures.
Kreamer Connect assumes no responsibility for the
actions of or services provided by any professionals
trained through the MentorConnect™ program.
STUDENT
RESPONSIBILITIES
The
student accepts full responsibility for obtaining
a complete understanding of the course offerings,
fees, and policies before signing up for the organizer
training program.
MENTORING
SESSIONS
Upon
agreement, Kreamer Connect will contact the client
via e-mail to schedule the first Mentoring session.
Each session will be held via telephone and will last
one hour. The client shall be responsible for placing
all phone calls and paying for all phone charges related
to the mentoring sessions. Once the client and mentor
have agreed upon a scheduled time and date for each
session, the mentor will send an email confirming
the appointment to the client at least 24 hours prior
to the appointment. The client is expected to call
the mentor at the scheduled appointment time. If the
call is placed more than 30 minutes after the scheduled
appointment time, the client will be considered a
"no-show" for that appointment and the session
will count as a used session . Should the client need
to cancel an appointment, he/she must either submit
an e-mailed cancellation request or leave a voice
mail message least 24 hours notice to the mentor to
avoid being charged for the session. If the mentor
is forced to cancel an appointment, he/she will either
contact the client via e-mail or fax at least 24 hours
prior to the scheduled appointment time or offer the
client a free mentoring session.
REFUNDS
Refunds
are not available with the MentorConnect™ program.
AGREEMENT
By
purchasing the MentorConnect™ program, the client
acknowledges, understands, and accepts these terms
of agreement.
